Condo One:
(Maximum Occupancy 6) Condo 1 is all you will need to get away with your family. This is a one bedroom condo located on the east end of the building. The bedroom has a queen bed and on suite (attached bath). There is a second full bath in the hall, full kitchen stocked with pots, pans, dishes and cutlery, sunken living area with queen sofa bed, dining area with one set of twin size bunk beds built into a wall cubby (these are a child's favorite), this condo includes a flat screen TV, deck overlooking the ponds fed by the North Fork of the Cache Le Poudre River and a wood burning
Condo Two:
(Maximum Occupancy 8) Beaver Meadows condos provide the comfort of a home away from home. Yet, enhance the feeling of getting away from it all. Condo 2 is a two level unit with a large loft, located on the east end of the Marmot Building. The master bedroom is located on the first floor, with a queen-sized bed and a full bath on the main level. The loft also has a queen bed and a full bath. Additionally, there is a queen sofa bed in the main living area. The condo has a full kitchen, stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and flatware. This condo includes a wood-burning fireplace to relax and enjoy after a hard day of play, flat screen TV, sorry no WiFi. Each condo also has its own deck allowing you to sit back and take in all the surrounding beauty.
Condo Four:
(Maximum Occupancy 6) This condo has two levels with two bedrooms upstairs. The master has a Queen and a double daybed. The second bedroom has a queen bed. There’s also a queen sofa bed in the main living area. The condo has a full kitchen, stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and flatware and is open to the living area. It also comes with a fireplace to relax and enjoy after a hard day of play. Each condo also has its own deck allowing you to sit back and take in all the surrounding beauty.
Condo Five:
(Maximum Occupancy 6) This Two Level, Two Bedroom Condo is perfect for families who want to go vacation, yet still have all the comforts of home. Situated in the middle of the building the Bedrooms are located upstairs. Master Bedroom with Deck and King size bed. Second Bedroom with Queen Bed, Full Bath Upstairs. Main level with Living Area and Queen Size Sofa Bed is open to a Full Kitchen complete with pots, pans, dishes and cutlery, Half Bath, Dining Area, Flat Screen TV, Deck overlooking ponds fed by the North Fork of the Cache Le Poudre River, Wood Burning Fireplace, WiFi. The kitchen has a standard refrigerator with freezer, microwave and coffee maker. Basic pots and pans and dishware are provided as well as all bedding and bath towels. Condo 5 is an easy walk distance to our Restaurant, Lounge, Pavilion and Gift Shop.
Condo Six:
(Maximum Occupancy 6) Two Level, Two Bedroom Condo located in the middle of the building. With separate bedrooms, this condo is perfect for the family who needs to put small children to bed in different quiet spaces that can be closed off from the rest of the unit. Bedrooms located upstairs. The Master Bedroom has it’s own private deck. Both Bedrooms come with Queen bed. Main level with Living Area and Queen Size Sofa Bed, Full Kitchen, Half Bath, Dining Area, Flat Screen TV, an additional deck overlooking ponds fed by the North Fork of the Cache Le Poudre River, Wood Burning Fireplace, WiFi. The kitchen has a standard refrigerator with freezer, microwave and coffee maker. Basic pots and pans and dishware are provided as well as all bedding and bath towels. Condo 6 is an easy walk distance to our Restaurant, Lounge, Pavilion and Gift Shop.
Condo Seven:
(Maximum Occupancy 5) Newly renovated with milled polished pine this single level condo located on the west end of the building. Queen bed in the Master Bedroom and master bath with double sinks and a walk-in shower. There is a second full bath in the hall with shower and tub, full kitchen with dining area, drop down living room with a double sofa sleeper and a single chaise sleeper, flat screen TV, deck overlooking our ponds and mountain meadow, wood burning fireplace, WIFI and satellite TV. The kitchen has a standard refrigerator with freezer, microwave and coffee maker. Basic pots and pans and dishware are provided as well as all bedding and bath towels. Condo 7 is an easy walk distance to our Restaurant, Lounge, Pavilion and Gift Shop. Single level located on the west end of the building. one queen bed in the bedroom, master bath, a second full bath in the hall, full kitchen, sunken living area, dining area, flat screen TV, deck overlooking ponds, wood burning fireplace, WIFI.
Condo Eight:
(Maximum Occupancy 8) This Condo is a favorite of guests for its proximity to the Ranch House Restaurant and other activities. It boasts 2 levels with a large loft (can be closed of to living area below)that contains a queen bed, double sofa bed & Full Bath. The handmade rustic pine stair and loft railings are simply charming. The master bedroom has a queen bed and on suite. The condo has a full kitchen, stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and flatware. It also comes with a fireplace to relax and enjoy after a hard day of play. The living area features a second double sofa bed for additional sleeping space. Each condo also has its own deck allowing you to sit back and take in all the surrounding beauty the North Fork of the Cache Le Poudre River has to offer. WiFi included.
