One Hour Ride - $29 per person Two Hour Ride - $39 per person Horseback Riding Lessons  BACK TO DUDE RANCH STABLE SERVICES INDEX Develop horsemanship skills, a well-balanced seat and confidence on and around the horse. Choose between our Custom Horseback Riding Lesson and our Continuing Horseback Riding Lesson. Each lesson lasts one hour. Individual or group distinction of lessons is at the instructor's discretion. Advance reservations are recommended, but we will always try to accommodate 'spur of the moment lessons when possible. Custom Horseback Riding Lesson - Overview of basic horsemanship skills; stopping, steering, control and how to maintain a relaxed and balanced seat at all times. We will help you make the most of your guided trail ride experience. Continuing Horseback Riding Lesson - Build a solid foundation of horsemanship skills.

tack, Private Lesson: $35 per person Junior Wrangler Camp BACK TO DUDE RANCH STABLE SERVICES INDEX Our Junior Wrangler Camp is the perfect youth summer horse camp for all your horse-crazy kids! With 4 to 6 hours of actual riding time daily, along with horse care and management tips and hands on practice over the span of 3 days and 2 nights, this summer horse camp program has proved to be a big hit. Camp is open to kids aged 9-15 years old. Meals are included, as well as a straw cowboy hat, bandana and Beaver Meadows Stables t-shirt. Watch for 2008 summer dates! All Junior Wrangler Camp reservations must be made with a 50% deposit, subject to a 7 day cancellation policy (reservations cancelled less than 7 days in advance will forfeit their entire deposit) and with at least 7 days minimum advance notice. Advance reservations are recommended as spaces are limited to 20 campers. As soon as we've got our 6 camper minimum, we will contact all the parents to let them know that their session of Junior Wrangler Camp is "confirmed". In the event that we are unable to fill all 6 minimum spaces for camp, we will contact all the parents 7 days in advance and give them a full refund on their deposits paid. Cost for Overnight Campers: $375 per person 2008 Scout Discount Ride Rates BACK TO DUDE RANCH STABLE SERVICES INDEX We welcome boy and girl scout troops to participate in our stable services. Located about 13 miles from the Ben Dealtour Boy Scout Ranch and about 10 miles from the Magic Sky Girl Scout Ranch, we're just a short drive away to help you make the most of your scouts' experiences. We offer discounted scout troop rates on our One-Hour Trail Rides, Two-Hour Trail Rides, Half Day Trail Rides, Steak Fry Brunch Rides and Steak Fry Dinner Rides. Horseback riding here in the Rocky Mountains, at an altitude of 8,450' through lodgepole forests, aspen groves and high mountain meadows is a great addition to your scouts' outdoor mountain experiences! All riders must be at least 6 years old. We do have helmets available for all scouts to wear on horseback rides. Scout discount rates apply with a minimum of 10 riders. We can take out a maximum of 20 scouts on each horseback ride. Please inquire about reservation requirements, including deposits and cancellation policies.
