CONDO #4

The kitchen of our Condo #4 comes complete with cookware, dishware and utensils for up to six guests.

The nice open floor plan of our Condo #4 allows for comfortable relaxation and visiting, the perfect spot for your next Group Lodging Colorado event.

The master bedroom of our Condo #4, shown here, is quite roomy and even has it's own private deck!

Maximum Occupancy - 6

For family vacations as well as Group Lodging Colorado, consider this two level unit: Two bedrooms, each with queen bed, two and a half bathrooms, full kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, dining area, living area, one queen futon, fireplace, satellite television and a deck.  This unit is designated non-smoking.  Pets are allowed in this unit for an additional fee of $20 per pet. Nightly rates are based on up to 6 people per night in this unit.

Rate: $170 per night
