and I want to say thank you for all you did to make our wedding
the day we had always dreamed of. The place was so beautiful
and the food was fantastic. Your staff was so kind and helpful.

Dear wonderful staff at Beaver Meadows,
Our
family reunion at Beaver Meadows exceeded all our expectations!
You and your staff went out of your way to help us create
memories for a lifetime.
We loved the paddle
boat rides, fishing fun, hikes and more. Even in an unpredicted
rain/hail storm, you made a trail ride fun and our city slickers
were back for more the second day! When we had more riders
than you had scheduled rides, you rallied the staff to meet our
needs.
You arranged favorite meals that rekindled
family memories and the food was plentiful and so delicious. Your
flexibility with mealtimes and early morning breakfasts made it
easy and enjoyable for all.
The Hospitality
Room allowed our family to gather throughout the day with each other
and 89-year-old Grandma. The fresh water and iced tea provided
there was just what we needed.
Everyone raved
about the lovely rooms. Your attention to making Grandma's
accommodations convenient made her and the rest of us even more
comfortable.
The scavenger hunt you suggested
was a hit with grownups and kids. You inquiring about items
that held special family memories made the finds even more exciting
and meaningful.
The cheerful staff went beyond
the call of duty to make this a great fun gathering. One member
(Bunny) even offered to wash rain-soaked jeans (from the aforementioned
trail ride.) Your entire staff pitched in helping with meals,
trail rides, boat rentals and even family-photo taker!
I
cannot begin to thank you enough for making this reunion a treasure
for a lifetime.
One niece summed it up best
when she wrote, "Our whole family was blessed in those mountains."

Dear Beaver Meadows,
I would like to thank you
from the bottom of my heart for all your hospitality and the use
of your facility. You were all such a great group of people
to work with and we are so appreciative of your willingness to work
around our circumstances. The group had a wonderful time and
they are already talking about coming back next year. Additionally,
I have had a few people ask for information about your facility
for their personal trips; be assured that I have given them your
website.
Lastly, I would like to extend my sincerest appreciation for
your warm and inviting welcome. Truly, I rarely get the chance
to work with such genuine individuals as yourselves and it was quite
refreshing. I wish you all a very Merry Christmas and guarantee

My fiancee and I stayed at the resort this past weekend (2/25
to 2/26). I just wanted to let you know that we had a great
time. The staff was friendly. The food was delicious.
The facilities were very comfortable and homey.... The
trails were well marked and as challenging as we wanted them to
be. We skied, snowshoed and were able to relax. And
it was a great value (we utilized the all-inclusive deal). We
will definitely come back and recommend you to all our friends and
family.

Dear Linda,
I just wanted to write to thank you and your
entire staff for providing us with a wonderful time at Jeff and
Sarah's wedding celebration on June 9th. The setting was beautiful
and the weather cooperated. But far beyond that, everyone
made us feel welcome and special. I was especially impressed
by how accommodating you were -- trying to make every detail and
change look easy. I know that you work on many weddings, but
you all went out of your way to make it a wonderful event. We

Dear Diane,
My family and I want to thank you for your
hospitality during our visits to Beaver Meadows last winter. What
a beautiful resort you operate. We were planning a trip to Beaver
Meadows this summer, but all our summer plans for this year have
to be rerouted as Allen is ordered to Cuba for 90 days beginning
tomorrow. He will be on humanitary assignment with the Haitian
refugees. In the meantime, I'll be attending summer classes
at UW, and later, Sarah and I will be going to Pennsylvania to visit
all the relatives, but especially Grandma and Grandpa. Hope
to see you next winter. We all want to become skilled cross-country
skiers.

Dear Don,
On behalf of the 1998 SOS Taste of the Nation
Committee, we wish to thank you for your generous contribution of
an auction item for our recent fund raising event. All the
items quickly sold and the auction raised more than $2,000 to benefit
the Food Distribution Center and Neighbor to Neighbor. The
entire Taste event was most successful with more than 552 participants,
raising approximately $30,000 in total to support our programs.

To the staff at Beaver Meadows,
We want to thank you all for a wonderful time. We checked
in for August 8-13th, campsite #24 and we really enjoyed the whole
time. My husband never caught a fish even though he had his heart
set on a fish dinner. But, he never had any luck.
But
anyhow, we would like to thank you again. We have already
made up our minds to come back to the same site #24 next year. Just
don't change that area. We loved how private that site was.
We will be back in August, good lord willing. And looking
forward to seeing the Beaver Shop workers. Most of all, the
lady who helped me out so much when our truck broke down on Creedmore
Lake Road on Friday the 12th.
You all made our 5 year anniversary
a memorable one on August 12th and my husband's birthday on the
9th. So happy and very enjoyable. We thank you so very
